Most in-stock furniture items are delivered within 3-5 working days. For larger items requiring a two-man delivery team, you will be contacted to schedule a convenient date within 7-10 working days.
Do you offer a warranty on your furniture?
Yes, all Laura James products come with a standard 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering structural defects and hardware issues to ensure your peace of mind.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link and a unique reference number to monitor your delivery progress.
Do you offer assembly services?
While our products are designed for straightforward home assembly with included instructions, we do not currently offer an in-house assembly service. We recommend using a local professional if you require assistance.
