At Laura James, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  Ensure all furniture and accessories are disassembled and placed back into their original packaging to guarantee safe transit and eligibility for a refund.

  Schedule a Collection

  Choose a convenient date for our specialized two-man delivery team to collect larger furniture items, or drop off smaller parcels at a designated point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
